Faces of Valle del Cauca department, from ex guerrilleros to writers, from social leaders to artist.

There are too much diversity in this colombian region, which population oscilates the 4,3 million people, not counting the persons which visit this part of Colombia from all over the world, either for its salsa music, places or food.

Janer Achito Mejía, a 20-year-old former member of the National Liberation Army (ELN), graduated as an operator of the transformation of aloe vera. He did this through a program sponsored by the Colombian Agency for Reintegration, ARN, offered to 27 former guerrilleros in Toro, a municipality of Valle del Cauca department.
